Account Deletion
Effective date: June 15, 2026
You can ask Linkrunner to delete your account and personal data at any time. We verify the request, delete or anonymize eligible data, and confirm once the request is complete.
1. Request Deletion
1.1 Email Us
Send your request to support@linkrunner.io from the email address linked to your Linkrunner account.
Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and include your workspace name or company name if you use Linkrunner with a team.

- The email address on the account
- Your workspace or company name, if applicable
- Whether you want account deletion, personal data deletion, or both
2. What Happens Next
We may ask for additional verification before processing the request. After verification, we delete or anonymize eligible account data and stop using it for active Linkrunner services.
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or audit obligations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
3. Customer Data
If your organization uses Linkrunner to process end-user attribution data, your organization controls that data. We process those requests according to the customer agreement, data processing addendum, and applicable privacy law.
4. Timeline
We aim to respond within one business day and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless applicable law allows or requires a different timeline.
